Effective Date: October 14, 2026 Last Updated: October 14, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Think Zone LLC (“Think Zone,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, software products, AI-powered tools, subscription platforms, educational programs, consulting services, digital content, and related services.

Our websites include:

Together with our applications, platforms, and other offerings that link to or reference these Terms, these are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Think Zone LLC develops technology products and AI-powered solutions designed to help individuals, developers, entrepreneurs, and businesses improve productivity, automate workflows, develop skills, make informed decisions, and achieve their objectives.

By accessing our websites, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the relevant Services.

If you use a Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to both you and the entity, as applicable.

Certain products may be governed by additional terms, product-specific agreements, subscription conditions, acceptable-use policies, or data processing agreements. Those additional terms apply where relevant and will be read together with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

2.1 Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.

You may not use our Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or are subject to restrictions that make your use unlawful.

If a particular Service has additional age or eligibility requirements, those requirements will be disclosed in its applicable terms.

2.2 Account Registration

Certain Services may require you to create an account.

When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and update your account information when necessary.
  • Protect your login credentials.
  • Avoid sharing account access except where expressly permitted.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.
  • Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law and any security failures attributable to us.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security incidents, abuse, violations of these Terms, or legal compliance concerns.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to secure your account and devices.

You must not attempt to access another person's account, bypass authentication measures, or interfere with the security of our systems.

We will not be responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials, except to the extent applicable law or our own acts or omissions make us responsible.

2.4 Account Suspension and Closure

You may stop using our Services at any time.

Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion through the applicable account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access in accordance with these Terms, including where continued access creates a security risk, violates applicable law, or materially threatens our Services or other users.

We will provide notice where reasonably practicable and legally required, subject to circumstances in which immediate action is necessary.

3. Description of Services

The features, functionality, pricing, availability, and requirements of individual Services may vary.

We may add, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially affects a paid Service, we will provide notice or other remedies where required by law or the applicable agreement.

We do not guarantee that every Service will remain available indefinitely or that every feature will be available in every jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use our Services to:

  1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
  2. Commit fraud, deception, identity theft, or other unlawful conduct.
  3. Access systems, accounts, data, or networks without authorization.
  4. Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  5. Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair our infrastructure.

  7. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except where expressly permitted by law.
  8. Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information without appropriate authorization.
  9. Use our Services to send spam, conduct phishing, or facilitate unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
  10. Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  11. Upload content that is unlawful, threatening, exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
  12. Circumvent subscription limits, metering systems, billing controls, or credit-accounting mechanisms.
  13. Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliation, or authorization.
  14. Use our Services to develop, distribute, or facilitate harmful or unlawful activities.
  15. Use our Services in a manner that violates applicable third-party platform or API terms.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including restricting functionality, suspending accounts, terminating access, or reporting conduct to appropriate authorities where legally justified.

Nothing in this section prohibits activities protected by applicable law.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Services

Certain Think Zone Services use artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, large language models, automated agents, and external AI model providers.

5.1 AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated responses, recommendations, analyses, summaries, code, images, and other outputs are produced using computational systems and may contain errors.

You acknowledge that AI outputs may be:

  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
  • Outdated or inconsistent with current information.
  • Biased or inappropriate for particular circumstances.
  • Similar to outputs generated for other users.
  • Unsuitable for your specific business, technical, or personal requirements.

You are responsible for evaluating outputs before using, publishing, distributing, implementing, or relying on them.

Think Zone does not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.

5.2 No Professional Advice

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, our AI tools and informational Services do not provide professional legal, medical, accounting, investment, tax, or other regulated advice.

Outputs concerning real estate, financial analysis, business strategy, software development, or other specialized topics are informational tools and are not substitutes for appropriate professional judgment.

You should independently verify material information and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

5.3 Human Oversight

You agree to exercise reasonable judgment and appropriate human oversight when using AI-generated outputs, particularly for decisions involving financial transactions, employment, legal obligations, personal safety, healthcare, or other consequential matters.

You must not rely solely on AI outputs where doing so would create unreasonable risk or violate applicable law.

5.4 AI Model Providers

Some Services may connect to external AI model providers, APIs, or infrastructure providers.

Your use of these features may be subject to additional provider terms, technical limits, acceptable-use requirements, and availability restrictions.

We may change model providers, model versions, routing arrangements, or technical implementations to maintain, improve, or support our Services.

Where a material change affects a paid Service, any applicable contractual commitments will govern.

5.5 AI Training and Data Processing

The processing of prompts, files, outputs, and other submitted content depends on the relevant Service, its configuration, our Privacy Policy, and applicable provider terms.

We will describe material product-specific data practices in the applicable privacy disclosures or agreements.

You should not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, or sensitive information unless you have the authority to do so and the relevant Service is suitable for that information.

5.6 Prohibited AI Uses

You must not use our AI Services to facilitate unlawful discrimination, fraud, impersonation, exploitation, unauthorized surveillance, malicious cyber activity, or other prohibited conduct.

You must comply with applicable laws and any additional AI-specific policies disclosed for the relevant Service.

6. User Content and Submitted Materials

6.1 Your Content

“User Content” means any information, text, documents, prompts, images, files, code, data, feedback, or other materials that you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through our Services.

As between you and Think Zone, you retain ownership of your User Content to the extent you hold the relevant rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to submit User Content and authorize its processing through our Services.

6.2 Limited License to Operate the Services

You grant Think Zone a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, and display your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and operate the Services you request.
  • Generate AI outputs and perform requested processing.
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Perform other activities authorized by you or described in the applicable product terms and Privacy Policy.

This license lasts for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill those purposes, subject to applicable retention obligations, backup practices, and contractual commitments.

We do not acquire ownership of your User Content merely because you submit it to our Services.

Any use of User Content for additional purposes, such as AI model training or product improvement beyond what is necessary to provide the requested Service, will be governed by applicable product disclosures, settings, agreements, and legal requirements.

6.3 Your Representations

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to submit your User Content.
  • Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
  • Your use of the content complies with applicable law.
  • Your submission does not violate confidentiality obligations or contractual restrictions.

6.4 Content Restrictions

You must not submit content that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, or prohibited by these Terms or the relevant Service's policies.

We may remove or restrict User Content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our Services, respond to valid rights-holder complaints, or enforce these Terms.

6.5 Deletion and Retention

You may be able to delete certain User Content through the relevant Service.

Deletion from the user interface may not immediately remove all copies from active systems, backups, logs, or external provider systems.

Our retention and deletion practices are described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific agreement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Think Zone Property

Unless otherwise stated, Think Zone or its licensors own or control the rights in our websites, software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, documentation, and other materials we provide.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without authorization.

7.2 Limited Right to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement, Think Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

This right does not transfer ownership of any Think Zone intellectual property to you.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback concerning our Services, you grant Think Zone permission to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

This provision does not transfer ownership of your unrelated proprietary information or confidential materials.

7.4 Trademarks

Think Zone LLC, its logos, product names, and related branding may constitute trademarks or other protected identifiers.

You may not use our trademarks in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. AI-Generated Content and Ownership

Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated outputs may depend on applicable law, the underlying inputs, third-party model terms, and the relevant Service.

To the extent Think Zone owns or controls rights in an output and is legally able to do so, we do not claim ownership of that output solely because you generated it through our Services.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the relevant Service terms, you may use outputs provided to you for your intended purposes.

However:

  • We do not guarantee that an output is protectable by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
  • Outputs may contain third-party material or material subject to separate restrictions.
  • You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful and complies with applicable licenses and provider terms.

Nothing in this section grants you rights to third-party content that Think Zone does not own or have authority to license.

9. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Certain Services are free, while others may require a one-time payment, recurring subscription, usage-based charge, credit purchase, or other fee.

9.1 Pricing

Applicable prices, subscription plans, billing periods, usage limits, and included features will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are presented in the currency indicated at checkout and do not include taxes that must be separately collected.

We may change prices prospectively. We will provide notice of material subscription price changes where required by law or the applicable agreement.

9.2 Payment Authorization

By purchasing a paid Service, you authorize Think Zone or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and maintain a valid payment method where required.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9.3 Subscription Renewals

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal takes effect.

The applicable checkout page or subscription terms will disclose the billing frequency, price, and material renewal conditions.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

9.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription using the available account settings or other cancellation method provided for the relevant Service.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

You will generally retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the applicable product terms state otherwise or access must be suspended for legal, security, or other permitted reasons.

9.5 Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms, payments are non-refundable once a billing period or paid service has commenced.

This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights, applicable cooling-off periods, or other non-waivable consumer protections.

Where a product has a specific refund policy, that policy will govern to the extent it conflicts with this general section.

9.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may notify you, retry the payment where permitted, request an updated payment method, or suspend access to paid features.

We may terminate a subscription for persistent nonpayment after providing any notice required by law or the applicable agreement.

9.7 Taxes

You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes imposed on Think Zone's net income.

Where required, we may collect and remit applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes.

10. AI Model Access, Usage Metering, and Credits

Certain Think Zone products may provide access to multiple AI models through a subscription, usage-based pricing, credits, or prepaid balances.

This section applies to those Services where relevant.

10.1 Usage-Based Charges

Your charges may depend on model selection, input and output tokens, processing time, generated media, API calls, tool usage, or other disclosed usage metrics.

Applicable rates and calculation methods will be displayed in the relevant pricing interface or product documentation.

Actual usage charges may vary by provider, model, feature, and usage volume.

10.2 Credits and Prepaid Balances

Credits represent a right to access specified Services according to the applicable product rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise, credits are not money, do not constitute a bank deposit, and do not earn interest.

Credits may be subject to expiration, usage restrictions, or product-specific limitations where those conditions are disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

We will describe applicable credit conversion rates, deduction rules, and usage limitations in the relevant Service.

10.3 Metering and Billing Accuracy

We will use reasonable methods to calculate usage and maintain billing records.

You are responsible for reviewing your usage and account activity. If you believe a charge or credit deduction is incorrect, contact us with the relevant transaction details so we can investigate.

Nothing in this section waives any applicable consumer rights or prevents correction of a genuine billing error.

10.4 Provider Costs and Model Availability

Third-party providers may change their prices, usage limits, models, or availability.

We may adjust supported models, routing, usage limits, or pricing to reflect provider changes, subject to applicable notice requirements and existing contractual commitments.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every model or provider.

10.5 Unauthorized Usage

You must not manipulate usage records, bypass metering, exploit system errors, or obtain credits or processing services through unauthorized means.

We may investigate suspected abuse and correct demonstrable billing errors, including unauthorized credit grants or deductions, in accordance with applicable law and the relevant product terms.

11. Free Trials, Promotional Offers, and Discounts

We may offer free trials, promotional credits, discounts, or other incentives.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, time limits, usage restrictions, or redemption conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional offers are available only during the stated period.
  • Offers may not be combined with other discounts.
  • Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions if automatic renewal terms are disclosed and you do not cancel before the trial ends.
  • Promotional credits have no cash value and may be subject to expiration.
  • We may withdraw or modify an offer where permitted by law and consistent with its stated terms.

Any material conditions will be disclosed when the offer is presented.

12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party products, websites, APIs, cloud providers, AI models, payment processors, or other platforms.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, pricing, and availability requirements.

Think Zone does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operations, policies, or content.

You are responsible for complying with third-party terms that apply to your use of their services.

Where our Service relies on a third-party integration, changes or outages affecting that provider may affect the functionality of our Service.

13. Educational Content, Consulting, and Business Services

Think Zone may offer courses, educational materials, training programs, templates, consulting, strategic planning, technical implementation, and other professional services.

13.1 Educational Content

Our educational materials are provided for informational and learning purposes.

We do not guarantee that participation in a course or training program will result in employment, certification, business success, revenue, investment returns, or any specific outcome.

You are responsible for applying your own judgment when using educational materials.

13.2 Consulting Services

Consulting engagements may be subject to a separate statement of work, proposal, service agreement, or other written contract.

Those documents may define scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, payment schedules, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and acceptance criteria.

If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning a specific consulting engagement, the signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

13.3 Business Outcomes

Examples, case studies, demonstrations, forecasts, and projections are illustrative unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.

Think Zone does not guarantee specific financial, operational, technical, or commercial outcomes from the use of its Services.

14. Confidentiality and Business Information

If you provide confidential business information through our Services, you should use any designated confidential or enterprise feature where available and review the applicable agreement.

Except as expressly agreed in writing, these Terms do not create a comprehensive nondisclosure agreement between you and Think Zone.

We will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy and apply any additional confidentiality commitments expressly agreed to in a separate written contract.

You must not submit information that you are prohibited from disclosing to us or to an applicable third-party service provider.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available through our websites:

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

Where a separate consent is legally required for a particular processing activity, these Terms do not replace that consent.

If you use a Service that processes personal information on behalf of your organization, additional data processing terms may apply.

16. Mobile Communications and SMS Messaging

If Think Zone offers SMS or text message communications, the following terms apply to those messaging services.

Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending promotional or other messages that require prior authorization.

Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

16.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency will depend on the program and your interactions with Think Zone.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

16.3 Opting Out

You may opt out of supported SMS programs by replying STOP, where applicable, or by following the instructions provided in the relevant messaging program.

For assistance, reply HELP where supported or contact privacy@thinkzonellc.com.

16.4 Mobile Information Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

We may share mobile information with service providers, such as messaging delivery providers, solely as necessary to provide the messaging services you requested, subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide the requested messaging services or as required by law.

17. Availability, Maintenance, and Service Changes

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Our Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, internet disruptions, third-party outages, or other circumstances.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features as part of our ongoing operations.

Where a material change affects an existing paid subscription, we will honor applicable contractual commitments and provide any notice, cancellation rights, or remedies required by law.

Nothing in this section permits us to disregard a specific service-level commitment in a separate written agreement.

Think Zone respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe that content available through our Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at privacy@thinkzonellc.com with the subject line “Intellectual Property Complaint.”

Please include sufficient information to identify:

  • The work or material you believe has been infringed.
  • The allegedly infringing content and its location.
  • Your contact information.
  • An explanation of your rights and the basis for your complaint.
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

We may request additional information and take appropriate action under applicable law.

Where applicable, formal copyright notices and counter-notices must satisfy the requirements of the relevant copyright legislation. If Think Zone qualifies for a safe harbor under applicable law, we will maintain the procedures required to claim that protection.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Think Zone disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
  • All errors or defects will be corrected.
  • The Services will be compatible with every device or system.
  • AI outputs or other information will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
  • The Services will meet every user's particular requirements.
  • All third-party services will remain available or perform without error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Think Zone and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Such damages may include loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or business interruption, even if the possibility of those damages was foreseeable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Think Zone for claims arising out of or relating to the relevant Service will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The total amount you paid directly to Think Zone for that Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and may be subject to different limits in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Zone and its owners, officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services.
  • Your material violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of another person's intellectual property or other rights.
  • Your User Content, where the claim arises from your breach of these Terms or violation of another person's rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Think Zone's own unlawful conduct, negligence, breach of contract, or other acts for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where legally permissible. We may participate in the defense of a claim, and no settlement imposing obligations on you may be entered into without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

22. Suspension and Termination

22.1 Termination by You

You may stop using our Services at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Closing an account does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations or entitlements to refunds under applicable law.

22.2 Termination by Think Zone

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

  • A material violation of these Terms.
  • Fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
  • Security threats or unauthorized access.
  • Nonpayment of applicable fees.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Discontinuation of a Service, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

Immediate suspension may be necessary in cases involving significant security risks, serious abuse, or legal obligations.

22.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the affected Service ends.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including applicable provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, disputes, and governing law.

Any handling or deletion of personal information following termination remains subject to our Privacy Policy, applicable law, and relevant contractual commitments.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be brought in the state courts located in King County, Washington, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, Seattle Division, as appropriate. You and Think Zone LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts to the extent permitted by law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Think Zone LLC at privacy@thinkzonellc.com.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate injunctive relief or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

This section does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive any right to participate in a class action.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business operations, technologies, or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms.

For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law or the applicable agreement.

The updated Terms will apply from their stated effective date, subject to applicable legal requirements and any additional consent requirements.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the affected Services and cancel any applicable subscription according to its terms.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

25. General Provisions

25.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific agreements, constitute the agreement governing your use of the relevant Services.

A separate written agreement may supplement or supersede these Terms for a specific product, subscription, or business engagement.

25.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

25.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Think Zone may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.

25.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not create rights for third parties to enforce their provisions.

25.6 Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread internet or infrastructure failures, governmental actions, armed conflict, labor disruptions, or major third-party service outages.

This provision does not excuse payment obligations already due or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25.7 Electronic Communications

You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically, subject to applicable law.

Electronic records and signatures may be used where legally valid. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information and reviewing relevant account communications.
